Over 50% of personal violence encounters occur during low light environments. This class is designed to provide you with the techniques and experience to be effective in these situations. The course will cover utilizing your firearm with a light source, ambient light sources, and the tactical advantage of complete darkness. You will understand the application and uses of weapon mounted light and flashlight techniques. You will also be able to demonstrate proper weapon manipulation in low light or darkness.

This course is designed for new shooters who have no prior formal firearms training.  The practical handgun class provides you with the knowledge and skills to confidently and safely handle your handgun. The teaching and live fire portion will be conducted on the range.  At the end of this course, you will be able to understand and demonstrate proper firearm handling and safety techniques and initiate your proficiency with basic fundamentals. This is a fun and relaxed course setting designed for confidence building, and to build proper subconscious performance.
