The Pistol 100 “Introduction to Handguns” course focuses on universal firearm safety and introduction to different types of handguns and ammunition. You also learn safe loading and unloading procedures. During live-fire exercises, you’ll be trained to handle the handgun and take a shot safely.

This 4-hour training course focuses on fundamental skills required for shooting a handgun accurately and safely. The instructor-to-student ratio is kept high, so each student gets individual and hands-on attention. The course includes a theoretical class followed by hands-on dry fire practice and live-fire practice.

What will you learn?

During the course, you’ll learn to grip and operate your firearm properly. You’ll also be trained to have the right stance, sight alignment, and trigger squeeze. Moreover, you’ll also learn and practice the critical skill of trigger control. Additionally, the course covers universal firearm safety. The Pistol 200 course sets you up for all the more advanced courses offered by C2 Tactical.

In this course, you’ll learn proper methods to draw from the holster, shoot your first shot, and multi-round shots with follow-through. You will also learn advanced reloading techniques and malfunction clearances. If you want to become a better shooter with advanced skills, then this course is the right place for you to start!

All necessary equipment is available for purchase for most firearms.

This course will look at a cross section of the different manufacture reflective sights showing the options on a wide selection of popular handguns. The focus is learning why would I choose a red dot sight over iron sights to how do I use it, presentation, manipulations, defensive shooting and more of a red-dot sight equipped fighting handgun.

This class is “A mimic of our popular Practical Handgun course P300”.

Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Level 2 course is another step in the Defensive Shooting Fundamental sequence. This class helps put the 3RS system in place, C2 Tactical wants to make sure your training is Relevant, Recent, and Realistic all while being safe. This objective based course builds upon the skills developed during the DSF Level 1 course including classroom work, hands on dry practice, MantisX use, and live-fire drills.

Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Level 3 course builds upon all the skills found in this training evolution. As a student, you will be tested during this 5 hour course to think beyond just knowing their handgun. Your strength, skill set, ability and knowledge will be expanded. This is a one day format and includes classroom work, dry-fire practice, and live-fire drills, and can be held indoor or outdoors.

Judgmental Shooting Outside the Home

This is the next step in being a prepared CCW holder. Using our state of the art interactive video simulator, you will interact with role players on a screen, in locations and situations outside the home.
